Custom made orders

Glassworks Slavia acepts custom orders under the following conditions:

• minimum quantity to order: 10 pcs per each article
• delivery conditions: Ex Works Novy Bor ( as per international delivery terms Incoterms 2001)
• production lead time: 30-45 days
• payment terms: 20% payment in advance, 80% payable upon presentation of documents

Each order is treated individually and to the highest satisfaction of our costumers.
